Disaster Planning. The PHARMACY OWNER shall take all reasonable steps to cooperate and coordinate with MANITOBA to facilitate disaster planning efforts for continued provision of Pharmacy Services in cases of a disaster, emergency or an event described in subsection 12.6.2 herein.
Disaster Planning. Company shall implement and maintain a measurable, documented disaster recovery plan to ensure continuity and quality of the E-Commerce Activities and Inventory (“Disaster Plan”). The plan must include, at a minimum, implementation procedures, weather-related, labor-related, system-related and telecommunications contingencies and a mitigation plan in the event of these or other foreseeable events that are outside Company’s reasonable control. Disaster Planning. The County and the Department shall cooperate in establishing disaster plans and in conducting exercises pursuant to disaster plans administered by WCEM.
Disaster Planning. SEMSA shall actively participate with NOR-CAL and Lassen County in disaster planning. XXXXX shall designate a representative who shall regularly attend meetings and shall be the liaison for disaster activities with Lassen County and with other agencies. SEMSA shall provide EMT-P and EMT-I staff, and transport resources, for participation in any Lassen County disaster drill in which the Lassen County disaster plan or MCI plan is tested.
Disaster Planning. A list of customer contacts is maintained in order to notify them by phone in the event of a network failure. A list of College Staff IT Staff contact information, including home phone, pager, and cellular phone (if available) numbers, shall be maintained for ease of communication during an emergency. Priorities and Response Times Priority Levels: A priority scheme will be applied to all calls taken by the Help Desk according to the following criteria: Priority Level Definition Response Time 1 Affects Multiple People significantly 5-20 Minutes 2 Affects a small number of people significantly 30 Minutes 3 Affects Multiple People, but work can still be performed 45 Minutes 4 Affects a small number of people, but work can still be performed 4 hours.
Disaster Planning. A formal disaster recovery or business continuation plan is NOT within the scope of this Schedule. Although the services to be provided under this Schedule can, under certain conditions, help Client recover from certain disasters, it should in no way be considered a formal disaster recovery or business continuity plan. If Client requires a disaster recovery or business continuation plan, including testing of the plan, United Systems can assist Client with the development of such a plan. All time spent in the development and testing of this plan would be billable at a discounted rate or as an agreed additional service.
