Common use of Information Furnished Clause in Contracts

Information Furnished. Any schedule, certificate or other --------------------- document furnished (whether prior to or subsequent to the date of this Agreement) or to be furnished in writing by or on behalf of Ambanc to Company pursuant to this Agreement will be accurate in all material respects and will not omit any information necessary to make the information provided not misleading. No information material to the Merger and which is necessary to make the representations and warranties true, knowingly has been withheld from the Company.
