Each Shareholder that holds shares covered by any registration statement will furnish to the Company such information regarding itself as is required to be included in the registration statement or prospectus, the ownership of shares by such Shareholder and the proposed distribution by such Shareholder of such shares as the Company may from time to time reasonably request in writing.
