Common use of Inductions Clause in Contracts

Inductions. ‌ a) Where directed by PON, all Supplier Personnel who access the Site must hold a current PON Level 1 and Level 2 induction card prior to doing so. b) All inductions required by this clause 8.2 must be arranged by the Supplier by emailing PON at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ and providing all necessary documentation.
