Common use of Inductions Clause in Contracts

Inductions. All employees at the commencement of their first working day shall attend an induction on workplace safety procedures and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bros policies. The induction shall be presented by a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bros representative at a central location appropriate to the site. No employee will be allowed to commence work on site until they have attended the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bros induction. Employees transferring from other sites will undergo site specific inductions prior to commencement on the work site if its constraints are substantially different from their previous workplace.
