INDUCTION PROGRAMS. The District and the Association recognize the importance and the benefit of a comprehensive induction for unit members as they begin their careers in the District. It is in the intention of the parties to offer support, guidance and collegial opportunities for all new unit members. This will include opportunities to participate in the Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) program, mentoring and mandatory in-service education programs.
