Common use of Individual Access to PII Clause in Contracts

Individual Access to PII. In keeping with the standards and implementation specifications used by the FFE, Non-Exchange Entities that maintain and/or store PII must provide Consumers, Applicants, Qualified Individuals, Enrollees, Qualified Employees, and Qualified Employers, or these individuals’ legal representatives and Authorized Representatives, with a simple and timely means of appropriately accessing PII pertaining to them and/or the person they represent in a physical or electronic readable form and format.

Individual Access to PII. In keeping with the standards and implementation specifications used by the FFEFFEs, Non-Exchange Entities that maintain and/or store PII must provide Consumers, Applicants, Qualified Individuals, Enrollees, Qualified Employees, and Qualified Employers, —or these individuals’ legal representatives and Authorized Representatives, —with a simple and timely means of appropriately accessing PII pertaining to them and/or the person they represent in a physical or electronic readable form and format.
