Common use of Indicators Clause in Contracts

Indicators. The M&E Plan will measure the results of the Program using quantitative, objective and reliable data (“Indicators”). Each Indicator will have benchmarks that specify the expected value and the expected time by which that result will be achieved (“Target”). The M&E Plan will be prepared in accordance with the MCC Policy for Monitoring and Evaluation of Compacts and Threshold Programs. All Indicators will be disaggregated by gender, income level and age, and beneficiary types to the extent practicable. Subject to prior written approval from MCC, MCA-Philippines may add Indicators or refine the definitions and Targets of existing Indicators.
