Compact Indicators Sample Clauses
The Compact Indicators clause defines the use of simplified or abbreviated symbols, codes, or notations within a contract or agreement to represent more complex terms or conditions. In practice, this clause allows parties to refer to specific obligations, statuses, or actions using short forms—such as checkboxes, icons, or single-letter codes—rather than repeating lengthy legal language throughout the document. By streamlining references and reducing repetition, the clause enhances clarity and efficiency, minimizing the risk of misinterpretation and making the contract easier to navigate and understand.
Compact Indicators. The M&E Plan will measure the results of the Program using quantitative, objective and reliable data (“Indicators”). Each Indicator will have benchmarks that specify the expected value and the expected time by which that result will be achieved (“Target”). All Indicators will be disaggregated by gender, income level and age, and beneficiary types to the extent practical and applicable. Subject to prior written approval from MCC, the Government or MCA-Cape Verde II may add Indicators or refine the definitions and Targets of existing Indicators.
