Common use of Independent Study Clause in Contracts

Independent Study. An adjunct faculty member shall be eligible for an independent study assignment at the discretion of the ▇▇▇▇. Reimbursement shall be at the rate of forty-five dollars ($45) per credit hour generated. An adjunct faculty member may not contract to work with more than four (4) students during any Fall or Spring semester.
