Independent Faculty Efforts. A work made in the course of a Faculty member’s normal duties and responsibilities is the property of the Faculty member, who has the right to determine the disposition of such work and revenue derived from such work. The University is not held responsible for any opinions expressed in the work nor for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from the creation or exploitation of the property.
