Indenture Ratified. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
Indenture Ratified. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed.
Indenture Ratified. Except and so far as herein expressly provided, all of the provisions, terms and conditions of the Indenture are in all respects ratified and confirmed; and the Indenture and this Indenture Supplement shall be taken, read and construed as one and the same instrument.

Following the effectiveness of this Amendment No. 2 to Indenture and the operation of Section 3 hereof, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and all the terms, provisions, and conditions thereof, as amended hereby, shall be and remain in full force and effect.

The Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this First Supplemental Indenture and all other indentures supplemental thereto, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Indenture, this First Supplemental Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
Indenture Ratified. The Indenture is amended solely as hereby expressly provided, and the Indenture, as so amended is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and all the terms, provisions and conditions thereof, as so amended, shall be and remain in full force and effect.
Indenture Ratified. Except as herein expressly provided, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed by the Company, the Guarantor and the Trustee and all the terms, provisions and conditions thereof are and will remain in full force and effect.
Indenture Ratified. The Indenture, as amended and supplemented by this Fourth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and this Fourth Supplemental Indenture and all of its provisions shall be deemed a part thereof in the manner and to the extent herein provided, and the Indenture, as modified in the manner and to the extent herein provided shall be deemed a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.
Indenture Ratified. Except to the extent expressly amended hereby, the Indenture and the Securities are in all respects ratified and confirmed, and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect. Pursuant to Section 11.03 of the Indenture, this Eighth Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder of Securities heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered shall be bound hereby.
Indenture Ratified. Except as otherwise expressly provided hereby, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and all the terms, provisions and conditions thereof shall be and remain in full force and effect. With respect to the Notes issued before the date hereof, Section 4.24 of the Indenture captioned “Interest Rate Adjustment” shall remain unchanged by this Supplemental Indenture.
