Indemnity for communication through facsimile or email. (i) The Borrower hereby requests and authorizes the Bank to, from time to time (at its discretion), rely upon and act or omit to act in accordance with any directions, instructions and/or other communication which may from time to time be or purport to be given in connection with or in relation to this Agreement and the other Financing Documents by way of facsimile or email by the Borrower or any of its authorized officers.
