Incorporation of Side Letter on Equity. Pursuant to a Side Letter, attached as Appendix I, $80,000 will be added to the base salaries of Lecturers with annual salaries below $50,000/year, with $40,000 to be distributed in Fiscal Year 2014 and $40,000 in Fiscal Year 2015. A portion of these monies will be used to guarantee that by Fiscal Year 2015 all Lecturers have attained a base salary of at least $46,000/year. These monies will be in addition to any monies to which these Lecturers are otherwise entitled under the Lecturer Merit Program.

  • Variation of Management Agreement The State and the Company agree to vary the Management Agreement by:-
