Incorporation of Recitals and Reimbursement Policy. The foregoing Recitals are hereby incorporated into and are a fully operative and effective part of this Agreement. The Reimbursement Policy, as may be amended from time to time, is hereby incorporated into and is a fully operative and effective part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Reimbursement Policy and this Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Reimbursement Policy shall control.
