Incorporation of HIPAA Definitions. The following terms used in this Agreement shall have the same meaning ascribed to such terms under HIPAA: (i) “Breach,” (ii) “Data Aggregation,” (iii) “Designated Record Set,” (iv) “Disclosure,” (v) “Health Care Operations,” (vi) “Individual,” (vii) “Minimum Necessary,” (viii) “Notice of Privacy Practices,” (ix) “Protected Health Information,” (x) “Required by Law,” (xi) “Secretary,” (xii) “Security Incident,” (xiii) “Subcontractor,” (xiv) “Unsecured Protected Health Information,” and (xv) “Use”.
