Common use of Incorporation of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Agreement. The parties hereby acknowledge and agree that this Attachment is attached to and forms a part of the Agreement and that the terms of the Agreement are also incorporated herein by reference. HARDWARE MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT ATTACHMENT Peak-Ryzex desires to provide to Customer, and Customer desires to obtain, the maintenance and support services for the Hardware identified in an Order (“Maintenance Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Hardware Maintenance & Support Attachment (“Attachment”) and the Agreement.
