Effectuation. The amendments to the Agreement contemplated by this Amendment shall be deemed effective immediately upon the full execution of this Amendment and without any further action required by the parties hereto. There are no conditions precedent or subsequent to the effectiveness of this Amendment.
Effectuation any replacement NGN Temporary Global Note or NGN Permanent Global Note, or a Global Registered Note to be held under the NSS shall be delivered to the Common Safekeeper together with instructions to effectuate it. The Replacement Agent shall not issue a replacement for any of the same until the applicant has furnished the Replacement Agent with such evidence and indemnity as the Issuer and/or the Replacement Agent may reasonably require and has paid such costs and expenses as may be incurred in connection with such replacement.
Effectuation. This Temporary Global Note shall not be valid for any purpose until it has been effectuated for and on behalf of the entity appointed as common safekeeper by the ICSDs.
Effectuation. Prior to the Effective Time, the parties shall take all action necessary to effectuate the provisions of this Section 7.17.
Effectuation. If the Final Terms specify that the New Global Note form is applicable, this Temporary Global Note shall not be valid for any purpose until it has been effectuated for and on behalf of the entity appointed as common safekeeper by the ICSDs.
Effectuation. The amendment to the Agreement contemplated by this Fourth Amendment shall be deemed effective as of the last date written below upon the full execution of this Fourth Amendment and without any further action required by the parties hereto. There are no conditions precedent or subsequent to the effectiveness of this Fourth Amendment. All terms and conditions set forth in Agreement that are not amended hereby shall remain in full force and effect. Any term of this Fourth Amendment may be amended with the written consent of both parties. From the date hereof, any reference to the Agreement shall be deemed to refer to the Agreement as amended by this Fourth Amendment.
