Inconsistency of Name and Number. You acknowledge and agree that if a Payment Order identifies a Beneficiary or Receiver with a name and account number that does not match, payment of the Payment Order may be made on the basis of the account number even if the name of the account holder for that account does not match the name specified in the Payment Order, and you will be obligated to pay the amount of the Payment Order in such event.
