OUR AGENTS. In the event that any Service(s) are dependent on our ability to obtain or provide access to third party networks and distribution systems, you and we agree that if the network or system is unavailable or in the event we determine, in our discretion, that we are unable to continue providing third party network or system access, we may discontinue the related Service(s) or may provide the Service(s) through an alternate third party network or system. In any event, we have no liability for the unavailability of the third party network or system.
