Income Tax Data and Reports. The Tax Matters Partner shall send or cause to be sent to the Members and Transferees, if any, within ninety (90) days after the end of each Fiscal Year, such information as is necessary for the Members to complete their federal and state income tax or information returns together with a copy of the Company’s federal, state and local income tax or information returns for that year.

Income Tax Data and Reports. The Manager shall send or cause to be sent to the Members, within ninety (90) days after the end of each Fiscal Year, such information as is necessary for the Members to complete their federal and state income tax or information returns together with an annual report which includes financial statements of the Company which may, but are not required to, be audited by independent certified public accountants.
