Clauses B11.1 - B11.2 set out the Provider’s obligations in respect of reporting incidents to the CQC and other Regulatory Body as applicable, in accordance with the Law. This Appendix (E) sets out the arrangements for reporting Serious Untoward Incidents and Quality Improvement Incidents to the Authority.
