Incidental Illness. (Maximum of 2 consecutive days) a) An employee who has completed her/his probationary period may take up to a maximum of nine (9) days of sick leave per financial year, to be used for incidental illness. b) Except for those employees covered by clause 23.13, any absence due to illness above and beyond the nine (9) days provided for in paragraph a) will be without pay.
