INCIDENT BEHAVIOR. It is extremely important that inappropriate behavior be recognized and dealt with promptly. The term dangerous weapon does not include a pocketknife with a blade less than 2 ½ inches in length or a multi-purpose tools such as a Leatherman® tool.
