Incentive Compensation and Other Benefits. 6.1 Employer shall pay to Employee cash incentive compensation as shall be determined by the Board (or any committee thereof) from time to time. Employee shall be entitled to participate in any such plan established at a level to provide Employee compensation commensurate with Employee's position and responsibilities. Upon the establishment of such plans, this Agreement shall be deemed to be automatically amended to include all applicable terms of such plans.
