Common use of Incentive and Bonus Compensation Clause in Contracts

Incentive and Bonus Compensation. (i) For service rendered during the Company’s fiscal year ending December 31, [ ], the Executive will be eligible, at the Compensation Committee’s discretion, to receive a bonus payment equal to [ ]% of Base Salary, payable in accordance with the terms of the Company’s [ ] Annual Incentive Plan.
