Incentive Accounting. The Town shall establish separate revenue and expenditure line items within the General Fund budget that is dedicated exclusively to the receipt of tax payments and disbursement of Incentive Payments as described in this Article. The line items shall be maintained separately within the Town’s financial software and audited annually by the Town’s auditor.
