Financial Software definition

Financial Software means the software provided to allow you to access and use the Service.
Financial Software means a third party personal financial management application that may be used in connection with the Services and that is obtained by you for use in connection with the Services. The Services do not support all brands and versions of personal financial management applications. You should refer from time to time to the Online Banking section on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ for current information about supported Financial Software.
Financial Software is a third party personal financial management (“PFM”) application that you may obtain to use in connection with Online Banking. The Services do not support all brands and versions of PFM applications.

  • We are not responsible for any errors or failures resulting from defects or malfunctions of the Financial Software.

  • THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION MAKES NO WARRANTY TO YOU REGARDING YOUR COMPUTER OR YOUR SOFTWARE, the Financial Institution makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, functionality, or performance of any third party software that may be used in connection with the online service (e.g., Quicken or other Financial Software).

Related to Financial Software

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Business Software means all Software owned by or developed by a Seller for or in connection with the Business.

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Public Software means any Software that contains, or is derived in any manner (in whole or in part) from, any software that is distributed as free software, open source software (e.g., Linux) or similar licensing or distribution models, including, without limitation, software licensed or distributed under any of the following licenses or distribution models, or licenses or distribution models similar to any of the following: (A) GNU’s General Public License (GPL) or Lesser/Library GPL (LGPL), (B) the Artistic License (e.g., PERL), (C) the Mozilla Public License, (D) the Netscape Public License, (E) the Sun Community Source License (SCSL), (F) the Sun Industry Standards License (SISL), (G) the BSD License, and (H) the Apache License.
