Inapplicable Lease Provisions. Exhibit C to the Lease and Schedule I to Exhibit C to the Lease (Work Letter) and Section IV of the Second Amendment (Abatement of Rent) shall have no applicability with respect to this Fourth Amendment.

Inapplicable Lease Provisions.
