Impracticability of Use. If use by the School of a facility is rendered impracticable by any cause whatsoever, or if the funds necessary to construct/renovate or upgrade a facility cannot be secured, the School shall be responsible for securing an alternative facility. The School may move into that facility only after obtaining written approval from the Commission, subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified by the Commission. The Commission shall not be obligated to provide an alternative facility for use by the School.
