Implementation Project. 2.1 The Service Provider shall deliver a project to implement the Technology for the Customer (“Implementation Project”). The details of the Implementation Project shall be agreed between the Parties during the initial scoping phase of the Implementation Project and shall be set out in a Statement of Work using the Variation procedure (as set out in the G-Cloud 13 Terms and Conditions).
