Common use of Implementation and Duration Clause in Contracts

Implementation and Duration. This Agreement shall be effective as of the signing of the contract and shall continue in full force and effect through midnight, December 31, 2024. The City's obligations under this Agreement end with the expiration of the contract, unless mutually extended in writing. This section, however, supersedes O.A.C. 4 ll7-9-02(E), and thus is effective beyond the expiration of the contract. Notice for negotiations of a successor agreement shall be pursuant to the procedures outlined in this Agreement and Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code.
