Common use of Immunity from Liability Clause in Contracts

Immunity from Liability. Every person who is a party to the Contract is hereby notified and agrees that the State, and all of its employees, agents, successors, and assigns are immune from liability and suit for or from Contractor’s and/or subcontractors’ activities involving third parties and arising from the Contract.
