Application for Participation. In order to become a Participant hereunder, each Eligible Employee shall make application to the Employer for participation in the Plan and agree to the terms hereof. Upon the acceptance of any benefits under this Plan, such Employee shall automatically be deemed to have made application and shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Plan and all amendments hereto.
Application for Participation. All Participants must complete, sign and return the Contract for Exhibition Participation to the Organisers. By signing the Contract, the Participant accepts these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance of a Participant shall be by countersignature on the Contract by a duly authorised representative of the Organisers. Upon acceptance, the issuance of an Exhibition Participation Confirmation Notice, in response to a submitted Contract, shall create a legally binding Contract between RE and the Participant.
Application for Participation. All applications for participation shall be made on the Application Form which shall be submitted to the Organisers for approval accompanied by a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit for the rental of the Exhibition Space as stated in the Application Form. The Organisers reserve the right to accept or refuse any application without giving any reason. If the Organisers accept an application for participation otherwise than on the Application Form, such acceptance shall nevertheless be upon and subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Exhibitor shall, if required by the Organisers, complete and submit an Application Form. The Exhibitor shall co-operate with the Organisers to provide them with any reasonable information which they require about it. An Exhibitor cancelling or reducing his space reserved shall not receive any refund. Acceptance of any payment made by an Exhibitor does not mean that the application is successful unless and until the booth location has been assigned.
Application for Participation. To apply for enrollment through an easement, 30-year contract (acreage owned by Indian Tribes only), or 10-year cost-share agreement, landowners must submit an application for participation in the HFRP during an announced period for such signup.
Application for Participation. 2.1 An application shall be deemed accepted when such application is confirmed by the Organizer and the terms and conditions herein and on the overleaf hereof shall constitute a fully binding contract between the Exhibitor and the Organizer.

The Builder hereby applies to participate in the Professional Warranty Service Corporation Program (the "PWSC Program" or "the Program") which is administered by PWSC and represents that all information supplied in connection with its application and contained in its Builder Application and any Supplemental Business Information provided is true and correct as of the effective date of this Agreement.
