Immediate Termination for Bond or Insurance Default. The DISTRICT may terminate this Contract upon written notice to CONTRACTOR in the event CONTRACTOR fails to provide and maintain the performance bond as required by this Contract within seven (7) days of such notice, CONTRACTOR fails to obtain or maintain insurance policies endorsements as required by this Contract, CONTRACTOR fails to provide the proof of insurance as required by this Contract, or CONTRACTOR offers or gives any gift prohibited by the DISTRICT.
