Immediate termination definition

Immediate termination means that process by which a student is terminated from the clinical experience as the result of a determination by the department or division that the students continued participation in the clinical experience constitutes an immediate threat of harm to the student or others.

Immediate termination means the Company may terminate the Provider immediately, upon written notice, upon the occurrence of any events stipulated under section 6.4 of the Participating Physician Agreement.
