Any notice or communication sent by way of facsimile transmission shall be deemed to have been received on the day it was transmitted, but only if the sender has a facsimile transmission report generated by the sender's facsimile machine which confirms that the notice or communication was transmitted in its entirety. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.
