Common use of IDTE Clause in Contracts

IDTE. may supplement, modify, or amend the non-material terms of this Agreement upon at least 30 days’ prior written notice to Customer. Such amended Agreement will supersede any previous agreement between Customer and IDTE. Upon receipt of written notice pursuant to this Section, Customer may cancel the Agreement at any time prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle by providing written notice to IDTE.
