Identity of Persons Performing Work. Consultant represents that it employs or will employ at its own expense all personnel required for the satisfactory performance of any and all of the Services set forth herein. Consultant represents that the Services required herein will be performed by Consultant or under its direct supervision, and that all personnel engaged in such work shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized and permitted under applicable State and local law to perform such tasks and services.

Consultant represents that the Services required herein will be performed by Consultant or under its direct supervisionshall pay all wages, salaries, and that all other amounts due such personnel engaged in such work shall be fully qualified connection with their performance of services under this Agreement and shall be authorized and permitted under applicable State and local law to perform such tasks and servicesas required by law.
