Method of Performing Services. Contractor will determine the method, details, and means of performing the above-described services including measures to protect the safety of the traveling public and Contractor’s employees. County shall not have the right to, and shall not, control the manner or determine the method of accomplishing Contractor’s services.

Method of Performing Services. 8.1 The Consultancy shall have autonomy in relation to determining the method of performance of the Consultancy Services and shall accept responsibility for the proper performance of the Consultancy Services without requiring supervision or control by the Client.

Consultant, as an independent contractor, shall determine the method, details, and means of performing any services furnished pursuant to this Agreement, but the services contemplated herein shall meet the approval of the Company. Consultant will devote sufficient time, attention and energies to the business and interests of the Company and diligently and to the best of his ability perform such duties incident to this Agreement, and perform such other duties as requested commensurate with the terms of this Agreement.
Method of Performing Services. 8.1 The Consultancy’s personnel are professionals who will use their own initiative as to the manner in which the Services are delivered provided that in doing so the Consultancy shall co-operate with the Client and comply with all reasonable and lawful instructions of the Client.

Director may perform the Services under this Agreement at any suitable time and location of Director's choice, however the Director shall make himself available to the Company as set forth in Section 4.3.
