Identify. While it is not possible to create an exhaustive list of all actual or potential conflicts of interest that may arise, it is possible to identify the (categories of) conflicts of interest that are most likely to occur or that would have the highest impact. On a regularly basis, Finst will for this purpose, analyse the following relations in order to see whether (potential) conflicts of interest can be identified: a) between Finst and a client; b) between two or more clients; c) between staff of Finst and a client; d) between Finst and an employee of Finst; e) between employees of Finst; f) between Finst or an affiliate of Finst and a third party (vendor); g) between employees of ▇▇▇▇▇ and a third party (vendor); h) between Finst and affiliates of Finst.
