The documentation must include identification of all players involved, including the end user at which the saving was implemented. The end user must be clearly identifiable via name/company name, address of the place of implementation, and, if required for unique identification, also business registration number or building and dwelling registration number. The documentation must include information about the grid and distribution company's type of involvement in the specific initiative (subsidy, advice or other).

  • Identification Badges Identification badges will be supplied by Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH) to all credentialed individuals who are providing services to children. Badges will be updated every two years during the re- credentialing process. Any individual or agency who fails to submit a photo ID to ABH within the designated timeframe will have their credentialing status terminated.
