ICT Systems Clause Samples

The 'ICT Systems' clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to information and communication technology systems used or provided under the agreement. It typically outlines standards for system performance, security, maintenance, and access, and may specify which party is responsible for supplying, supporting, or updating the relevant hardware and software. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations regarding ICT infrastructure, reducing the risk of disputes or service interruptions due to unclear expectations.
