ICAC. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement with the Council the Supplier will be considered to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC Act) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC Act.

ICAC. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement with the Council the Contractor will be considered to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC Act) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC Act.
ICAC. The Principal is a public authority for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2012 (SA) (“ICAC Act”). The Contractor is considered a public officer under the ICAC Act and must comply with the ICAC Act and the directions and guidelines published by the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption.

ICAC. The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this Agreement the Lessee will be deemed to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act 2012 (ICAC Act) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC Act.
