Common use of ICAC Clause in Contracts

ICAC. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement with the Council the Contractor will be considered to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC Act) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC Act.

ICAC. The Contractor Supplier acknowledges and agrees that by when entering into this agreement a contract with the Council the Contractor they will be considered to be a public officer officers for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, Act 2012 (SA) (ICAC Act) and is will be obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC Act.

ICAC. ‌ The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement with the Council the Contractor will be considered to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC Act) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC Act.

ICAC. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement Agreement with the Council the Contractor will be considered to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC Act) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC ActAct as regards this Agreement.

ICAC. ‌ The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement with the Council the Contractor will be considered to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC Act) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC ActAct including the mandatory reporting obligations. The Contractor also acknowledges that it may be subject to a complaint of corruption, misconduct or maladministration.

The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement Agreement with the Council the Contractor will be considered to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC Act) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC Act.

ICAC. The Contractor Provider acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement with the Council the Contractor Provider will be considered to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC ActACT) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC Act, as regards this agreement.

ICAC. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement with the Council the Contractor will be considered to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC Act) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC ActAct as regards this contract.

ICAC. 24.13.1 The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement with the Council the Contractor will be considered to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC Act) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC Act.
