Common use of ICAC Clause in Contracts

ICAC. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement with the Council the Supplier will be considered to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC Act) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC Act.

ICAC. The Supplier Supplier/Contractor acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement with the Council the Supplier Supplier/Contractor will be considered to be a public officer for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC ActACT) and is obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC Act.

ICAC. ‌ The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that by entering into this agreement with the Council the Supplier and its employees will be considered to be a public officer officers for the purposes of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption Act, 2012 (SA) (ICAC Act) and is are obliged to comply with the ICAC Act and the Directions and Guidelines issued pursuant to the ICAC ActAct including the mandatory reporting obligations. The Supplier also acknowledges that it may be subject to a complaint of corruption, misconduct or maladministration.
