Hypertext Link. Licensor agrees to include a prominent hypertext link on the home page of its website that will take visitors to the home page of the website of the owner of the Media Reader Business, provided that Licensor will not be required to include such link if such owner is engaged in the Restricted Business.
Hypertext Link. Under no circumstances may WEFIGHT be held liable for the technical availability and contents of websites operated by third parties (including any of their partners) that the User accesses through the website. WEFIGHT provides said links strictly for information purposes. All Users are solely and entirely responsible for their use of third-party websites, including those to which Xxx has provided the links.
Hypertext Link. The creation of a hypertext link to the Platform is permitted without frame, and exclusively to the home page, except with the express and previous consent of the Publisher.   • DTC DIRECT REGISTRATION SYSTEM AND PROFILE MODIFICATION SYSTEM (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2.4 of the Deposit Agreement, the parties acknowledge that DTC’s Direct Registration System (“DRS”) and Profile Modification System (“Profile”) apply to the American Depositary Shares upon acceptance thereof to DRS by DTC. DRS is the system administered by DTC that facilitates interchange between registered holding of uncertificated securities and holding of security entitlements in those securities through DTC and a DTC participant. Profile is a required feature of DRS that allows a DTC participant, claiming to act on behalf of an Owner of American Depositary Shares, to direct the Depositary to register a transfer of those American Depositary Shares to DTC or its nominee and to deliver those American Depositary Shares to the DTC account of that DTC participant without receipt by the Depositary of prior authorization from the Owner to register that transfer.

  • Interactive Data The interactive data in eXtensible Business Reporting Language included as an exhibit to the Registration Statement or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement fairly presents the information called for in all material respects and has been prepared in accordance with the Commission’s rules and guidelines applicable thereto.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Company Software “Company Software” shall mean any software (including software development tools and software embedded in hardware devices, and all updates, upgrades, releases, enhancements and bug fixes) owned, developed (or currently being developed), used, marketed, distributed, licensed or sold by an Acquired Corporation at any time (other than non-customized third-party software that is not incorporated into any Company Product and is licensed to an Acquired Corporation solely in object code form and solely for internal use on a non-exclusive basis).
