HSSE STANDARDS. All activities and work performed for or by the Company or for or by the Subs shall, at a minimum, comply with all Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (“HSSE”) policies, standards, and requirements pursuant to an HSSE site plan as mutually agreed upon by the Members.
