Common use of HSSE STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

HSSE STANDARDS. (a) all HSSE Requirements, including policies, manuals, standards, rules, and procedures, as communicated to CONTRACTOR, designed to manage HSSE risks during performance of SCOPE under the CONTRACT; (b) all APPLICABLE LAWS relating to HSSE; and (c) any other rules and procedures (whether issued by COMPANY GROUP or otherwise) in force at a relevant COMPANY GROUP WORKSITE at the time of performance of SCOPE.
