Common use of HRC Form Clause in Contracts

HRC Form. As a condition to this Lease, Xxxxxx shall execute the "Chapter 12B Declaration: Nondiscrimination in Contracts and Benefits" form (Form HRC-12B-101) with supporting documentation and secure the approval of the form by the San Francisco Human Rights Commission. Tenant hereby represents that prior to execution of this Lease, (i) Xxxxxx executed and submitted to the HRC Form HRC-12B-101 with supporting documentation, and (ii) the HRC approved such form.
